LEMON SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
rind of 1/2 lemon
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Mix together butter, 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup flour; put in 8-inch square pan.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350 oven.

Beat 2 eggs; add sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, lemon juice and lemon rind. Pour this mixture over hot crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes more. While warm, dust with powdered sugar. Cool and cut in 20 squares.
