CHOCOLATE TOP HATS 
2 sq. chocolate (melted)
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. milk

Melt chocolate and Crisco. Add milk. Cool.

1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (optional)
Marshmallows

Add brown sugar and egg to the cooled chocolate mix. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add vanilla and nuts. Mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls on slightly greased cookie sheet. Meanwhile cut marshmallows in half (so that the flat surface is left whole). When cookie is almost done, top with marshmallow half and return to oven until marshmallow slightly puffs. Remove from oven and cool. Then frost with powdered sugar chocolate icing.
