MEXICAN CHEESE SQUARES | |
1/2 c. butter 3 eggs 1 c. flour 1 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan; beat eggs, add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. Add cheese and peppers. Mix well and spread in pan over the butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool 30 minutes and cut in squares. Make sure they get light brown on top and edges are slightly crispy. |
