2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
Vanilla wafers

Beat together; lay vanilla wafers flat side down in a regular muffin pan with cup cake liners. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Spread on top of cheese cakes and return to oven 5 more minutes.
