SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
2 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter
6 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Sift flour, salt and baking soda. Add to cream mixture alternately with sour cream beating after each addition. Add extracts; beat well. Pour batter into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done, cool 15 minutes, remove from pan. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar or ice.
