WALLY'S CHEESE SPREAD 
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3 oz. Gorgonzola, Bleu or Roquefort cheese
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. catsup

Cream all together, adding 2 tablespoons of cream or milk if necessary to make it more moist. Chill and serve on crackers. Makes about 12 ounces.
