1 box Swix cake mix - chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
1 pkg. caramels
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 c. chopped nuts

Prepare cake mix as directed. Bake 1/2 of cake mix at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch pan 20 minutes. Melt caramels, butter and milk in double boiler. Pour over baked portion of cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts. Pour remainder of cake over chips and caramels. Bake 20 minutes at 250 degrees and 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Delicious!
