HOMEMADE PEACH ICE CREAM | |
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 c. mashed peaches Milk to 2/3 full Mix first five ingredients and pour into ice cream freezer. Add milk to fill-line (2/3 full). Layer ice and ice-cream freezer salt and a small amount of water and begin freezing. Add ice and salt as needed. Ice cream is ready in about 30-45 minutes. |
