HOMEMADE PEACH ICE CREAM 
9 eggs
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can Pet milk
1 pt. frozen peaches in heavy syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Whole milk

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add flour and salt. Add Pet milk and Eagle Brand milk, thawed peaches, and vanilla. Pour into 6 quart freezer bucket. Finish filling with whole milk. Freeze. Makes 6 quarts.
