HOLIDAY PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 2/3 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs barely and add 1/2 cup Wesson oil plus 1 cup pumpkin. Mix very well until the oil is mixed in thoroughly. Combine wet with dry ingredients. Pour into bread loaf pan(s). Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Optional: Add 8 ounce bag chocolate chips to batter. Makes great dessert bread. Excellent freezer bread. Very rich. It will be a family favorite.
