EASY SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. tiny bread cubes
1 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt

Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm. Makes 6 servings.
