PROTEIN COOKIES 
3/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. honey
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
3 c. uncooked quick oats
1/4 c. wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. dates or raisins

In bowl, mix oil, honey, egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
