BARBECUE CUPS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can refrigerator biscuits
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion, and brown sugar. Grease a muffin pan and press each biscuit into a cup of the muffin pan. Spoon the meat into the cups and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
