BARBECUE CUPS 
1 lb. ground chunk
1 c. bbq sauce
1 or 2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can of canned biscuits
1 pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Mash can biscuits into muffin or popover pan making a cup. Brown chuck (with onions, if desired). Drain well. Add bbq sauce to meat and stir well. Fill cups and top with cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees until biscuits are done. Serve with slaw and fruit. Delicious!
