CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
4 flour tortillas, cut into pieces
3 tsp. flour, sprinkle over tortillas
5 c. water
4 pkg. broth and seasoning mix
1 c. evaporated skim milk
8 oz. cooked chicken
Pepper to taste

Add broth mix and pepper to water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add tortilla pieces one at a time. Cook 17 minutes; add chicken and milk; simmer. Remove from heat and let set a few minutes before serving.
