CORN HUSH PUPPIES 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. diced onion
2 eggs
1 can cream corn

Mix together and drop by teaspoon in hot grease. Hint - to keep batter from sticking to spoon, is to use a cup of ice water and dip spoon in it after every 2 or 3 drops of batter.
