DOUBLE CORN MUFFINS | |
1 pkg. corn muffin mix 1 (1 lb.) can or two cups whole kernel corn, drained 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can of deviled ham Prepare muffin mix according to package directions stir in corn spoon into greased muffin pans filling 2/3 full. Drop spoonful of deviled ham on center of each muffin. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes. Makes 12. |
