CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn (15 oz.)
1 can whole kernel corn (15 oz.)
1 pkg. Jiffy muffin corn mix
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Mix corn, eggs and sour cream. Stir in Jiffy mix. Blend in melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to one hour. Cut should come out clean.
