GLAZED ACORN SQUASH 
3 med. acorn squash
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut squash into quarters; remove and discard seeds. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Pour over squash; bake covered for 30 minutes basting with pan juices. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until tender, basting frequently.
