SPICY SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE | |
2 slightly beaten eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 c. raisins 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. each salt and cloves 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon Make 1 (8 or 9 inch) pie shell, unbaked. Combine all ingredients together. Pour into 8 or 9 inch pastry lined pie pan unbaked crust. Bake in hot 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until mixture doesn't stick to knife when tested in center. Lust! Yields 1 (8 or 9 inch) pie. |
