SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. vegetable liquid (saved from boiled spinach)
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. roll of Kraft jalapeno cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pinch pepper to taste

Cook spinach and save juice. Melt butter, add flour and onion and cook soft (not brown). Add saved liquid and cook smooth and thick. Add seasoning and cheese. Stir until melted. Combine with cooked spinach. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees until brown (can be kept overnight).
