1/2 bottle Russian dressing
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Chicken pieces or pork chops

Mix dressing, preserves and soup mix in bowl. Coat meat and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 to 60 minutes.
