APRICOT GLAZED CHICKEN 
2 1/2-3 lb. skinned chicken
1 (8 oz.) bottle spicy sweet French salad dressing
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1-2 tbsp. dried onion soup mix

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, basting twice during cooking. Makes 4-6 servings.
