16 graham crackers, crushed (2 1/2 squares) 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip lite topping 1 pkg. diet instant chocolate pudding 1 pkg. diet instant vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Weight Watchers creamed cheese 1/4 c. sugar or 4 pkgs. Nutra Sweet Stir crackers and butter together. Pat into 8" square pan. Make puddings in separate dishes using 1 1/2 cups skimmed milk in each. Set aside. Whip cream cheese with sweetener and 1/2 tub Cool Whip. Spread over crackers. Then layer chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, top with remaining Cool Whip. Let set overnight in refrigerator. Serves 8. |
