SPECIAL DIET MONDEL BREAD 
3/4 lb. corn oil butter
10 pkgs. Sweet & Low
1 box Egg Beaters
4 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. baking powder
4 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and Sweet & Low. Add Egg Beaters and vanilla. Mix baking powder with 4 cups flour. Add to creamed mixture. Add nuts. Dough should be soft. Add the extra 1/2 cup flour to make dough able to be handled.

Divide into 3 portions. Use 8 1/2 x 12 inch pan. Pat down to make rolls touch one another. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into slices 1/2 inch wide. Turn pieces out onto cookie sheet and place on their sides to dry in oven until browned.
