1 lb. cottage cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/4 c. pineapple juice
6 pkgs. Sweet-n-Low
1 pkg. Knox gelatin

Dissolve gelatin in pineapple juice. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Put in 8 inch pie plate and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
