CRAB, MACARONI, BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 c. shredded processed cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. diced broccoli
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1/2 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 lb. imitation crab meat
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, milk, soup in bowl and mix well. Melt butter in small skillet and saute broccoli until tender crisp (3 minutes). Remove from heat. Add broccoli mixture to cheese mixture and tomatoes and crab meat. Use rest of butter, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Mixed together, sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
