BUTTERED FLOUNDER 
12 oz. flounder fillets
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced red pepper
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash salt
Dash pepper
3/4 c. buttermilk

1. Place fillets in a shallow baking dish.

2. Top with remaining ingredients, in order.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

4. Serve fish with vegetables, topped with sauce from baking dish.
