FLOUNDER AU GRATIN 
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. flounder or sole fillets
1/4 c. Hellman's mayonnaise

Combine crumbs and cheese. Brush all sides of fillets with mayonnaise and coat with crumb mixture. Arrange in shallow baking dish in single layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and fish flakes easily. Makes 4 servings.
