LEMON DRESSING 
1 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon ginger juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder (available in the Asian food section of the grocery store)
salt to taste

Squeeze fresh lemons to make 1 cup juice.

Add all other ingredients to this juice and shake well until sugar and salt dissolves.

Note: This tangy dressing goes very well with the fresh garden vegetables. Don't make too much as it does not last for more than a couple of days in the refrigerator.
