1 lg. bag Oreo cookies, crushed
2 (3 oz.) boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush Oreos (centers and all) in blender. Place 1/2 in bottom of 9 x 11 pan. In small bowl mix butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Set aside. In large bowl mix milk, pudding and vanilla. Combine both bowls. Add Cool Whip by hand (do not use blender to add Cool Whip). Pour over cookie crust and top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate until set.
