VEG - ALL CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 can Mexi-corn, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. broth from chicken

Mix all ingredients and put into casserole dish. Crush a stick of Ritz crackers, put on top. Spoon 1 stick melted butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and crackers are brown.
