6 boned and skinned chicken breasts
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can each cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup
1 c. croutettes seasoned stuffing mix

Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Put cheese then mushrooms over chicken. Combine soups and spread over chicken. Sprinkle top with stuffing mix. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Last 15 minutes uncover.
