IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 - 16 oz. can pumpkin 1 - 13 oz. can evaporated milk 2 tbsp. butter, softened 2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar (may substitute with sugar free sugar-preferably brown sugar) 1/2 c. bisquick mix 2 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp. vanilla Heat oven to 350°F. Grease pie plate (9 or 10-inch). Blend all ingredients on high for 15 seconds. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50 to 55 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
