IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth (one minute in blender on high for 2 minutes). Pour into pie plate.

Bake 50-55 minutes.

Serves 8.
