IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (Libby's is best)

The ingredients listed for pie on back of the can.

1/2 c. Bisquick

Put all the ingredients in blender. Turn on at medium until well mixed. Or use electric mixer on medium to high about 3 minutes. Grease a 10 inch deep dish pie plate or 8 x 8 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
