MAMA'S PICKLED PEPPER RINGS 
Cut hot banana peppers into 1/4 rings and pack into jars. (Rubber gloves should be used in handling the hot peppers.) Mix solution of:

2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar

Add about 2 tablespoons of mixed pickling spices tied in a small bag. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove spices and pour boiling solution over the peppers. Seal in jar immediately. (Sweet banana peppers may be used or mixed with the hot peppers.)

Thank you for submitting this. Will definitely do this within upcoming week. Will do a mix. I use a mesh tea strainer that close's when using pickling spices. How long do they have to be in jar before eating? Am thinking one week. Please - submit any other great recipes you have.
