SUPER DESSERT 
1ST LAYER:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. walnuts OR pecans, finely chopped

Press into 13 x 9 inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on a wire rack.

2ND LAYER:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. confectioner's sugar

Mix and spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate.

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together and when thickened, spread over other layers. Refrigerate about 10 minutes. Then spread additional container of Cool Whip - 8 ounces over top. Refrigerate.
