BLACK FOREST DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and mix together with other ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Pat in bottom of 13x9 pan which has been sprayed with Pam and bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let cool completely.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Whip until creamy. Spread on top of crust mixture. Put in refrigerator to keep cold.

THIRD LAYER:

1 pkg. INSTANT vanilla pudding
1 pkg. INSTANT chocolate pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until just starting to thicken. Pour over previous layer and return to refrigerator to keep cool (about 1 hour).

Frost with the rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with grated large Hershey bar which has been in freezer for about 1/2 hour.

Return to refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
