RED AND GREEN RICE 
4 c. hot cook rice
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 canned pimento, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

In warm serving bowl, toss hot cook rice with all ingredients until butter is melted. Serves 6. 30 minutes. Serve rice immediately.
