TENDERIZER MARINADE 
3/4 c. salad oil
6 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 cloves crushed garlic (may use powder)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine in glass jar and store in refrigerator. Pour over your meat roast overnight; steak 4 hours.
