GERMAN CHEESE COOKIES 
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
Thick jam or jelly of your choice
Powdered sugar

Mix together everything but jelly and sugar. Leave in refrigerator for 2 hours. Roll out dough and cut into 3 to 4 inch squares. Put jam in center. Bring up corners to meet in center and pinch together. Bake until golden brown (25 minutes) at 350 degrees. Roll in powdered sugar. Best when eaten the same day.
