CRACKER PUDDING 
1 c. broken Saltine crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
2 egg yolks
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients except vanilla in a pan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until the mixture is thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into baking dish. Make a meringue of the 2 egg whites and 3 tbsp. sugar. Put on top of the pudding (in peaks) and brown in the oven.
