CRACKER PUDDING | |
1 can Pet or Carnation milk 4 egg yolks, save whites 1 c. finely crushed cracker 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can water 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. coconut Mix all together, cook on low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Pour into baking dish. Beat egg whites until stiff, add 3 tablespoons sugar. Spread over pudding. Sprinkle with coconut. Brown in oven. Better when it is served warm. |
