STIR - FRY BEEF 
1 lb. beef tenderloin, cut in pieces
1 pt. mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 c. celery, cut in lg. pieces or 1/2 pkg. Chinese pea pods
1 can water chestnuts
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. white wine
Big pinch of ginger
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, and wine; toss with meat. Heat small amount of oil in pan. Fry mushrooms and vegetables; remove. Fry meat until done. Add vegetables; heat through. Serve over rice.
