Grease pan well. Break up in small pieces 2 cups pretzels. Mix with 4 teaspoons brown sugar and 3/4 cup melted butter. Place mixture in pan and bake approximately 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool.

STEP II:

1 box strawberry Jello (6 oz.)
2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries

Place water and Jello into saucepan and boil 1-2 minutes. Add strawberries. Cool until it starts to jell.

STEP III:

Mix together: 1 c. white sugar 9 oz. Cool Whip
