FRIED RICE AND MEAT 
1/2 sm. onion
2 tbsp. fat or oil
1 c. finely cut up, canned chopped meat, canned luncheon meat, or cooked ham, pork or chicken
4 c. cooked rice, cooled
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg

Chop onion. Heat fat or oil in large fry pan. Add onion and meat. Cook and stir over medium heat until onion is tender. Add rice and soy sauce. Lower heat and cook 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings, about 3/4 cup each.
