CHILI BEANS 
1 lb. pinto beans
2 lbs. ground beef
1 block chili (xlente)
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1/2 bell pepper (chopped)
Dash of chili powder
Black pepper

Boil pinto beans with enough water to cover beans until tender. In frying pan brown ground beef with onion, garlic and bell pepper. Simmer until meat is done. Add block of chili, continue simmering until block of chili is blended with other ingredients. Add dash of chili powder, dash of black pepper. Pour into casserole dish with boiled beans. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
