3 lg. cream cheese, at room temperature (defrost in microwave 1-2 minutes)
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Place a vanilla wafer in each individual aluminum baking cups. Top with mixture, half full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool, top with pie filling: cherry, blueberry, or pineapple.
