CREAM CHEESE CRESCENTS 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg, separated

Spread one package of rolls on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, granulated sugar and egg yolk together, spread over rolls. Spread second package rolls over cheese mixture. Pinch all sides together tight. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Mix confectioners' sugar and egg white together and frost. Sherry didn't bake hers this long.
